This park provides a number of active and passive recreational opportunities where families of all ages can come and enjoy an afternoon of fun, playing on the playground, tennis courts and sports fields or relaxing under the Gazebo or one of the many shade trees planted in the park. There are three (3) lit tennis courts at Alexandra Park. Two of the courts are lined for both pickleball and tennis play. The third court is lined for tennis play only. Two courts are permitted for use through the Facility Booking Office to leagues and organizations between May and October. Recreational play opportunities are limited and vary day to day on these two courts. The third court is left open for the public, on a first-come, first serve basis. Washrooms are open May to September; Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends are determined by permitted use. Hours: April 1 to October 31: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. November 1 to March 31: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
